Is it just me or did the space for where text appears in the text box get smaller with this patch? It looks like it got smaller and was nudged over to the right.

Question, how does this patch work with the previous one? When I copy it to the folder, do I replace the older files? Does that cancel out the previous patch or what?
The QC in this release is way better than the previous one. I mean, I found tons of grammar problems in the previous patch. In this one, I didn't find any just by speed-reading, and only the usual '\n' problems creating weird spacing.
Who cares about that, you should be grateful, that they even bother to translate this. Lately i see a great deal of grammar natzy, who wants thing perfected in english, they go great length to trash other's for their own self satisfaction. I mean seriously.
Even to the point of trolling, "Please release it faster" Upon release, they troll "the grammar sucks" Please do better. But then again, if ts/ do better job, it'll mean slower release. think about that.
I wish ts/ had not translate it at all, and let these ungrateful grammar natzy do the work themselves.
As long it's understandable, thats all that matters, grammar natzy can go and suck it up.

If I had to guess, I would probably say all the heroines routes are going to be sex romps. Kinda bummed though, I feel they took the easy way out on a lot of the H-scenes, but then again they have so many routes it kinda evens out I guess.
Maybe because this is an eroge? And the developers probably thought they will sell infinite copy in japan with only sex and with the first game success like all big companies nowadays.
Played through Kokoro route, half liked it and half hated. H-scenes weren't that good, but the first half made it enjoyable. Would've liked to see Kokoros parents and Yamato's parents in this one. Also the lack of epilogue pisses me off. Noticed a few translation errors (I think). Overall a good patch, no line-breaker problems either.
For those asking for a reipload, there's a link around but Pun-kun said he'll reupload soon.
Margit route was pretty amusing, way too many H-scenes though. Or more like they were too long. There was a line-breaker mistake pretty early on, also few lines seemed out of place. Great patch, looking forward to next one.

Found a mistranslation in Kokoro's route. During the first h-scene. When she says "Of course touching my back is lewd" the mistranslated word is mune which means chest not back. So it should be "Of course touching my chest is lewd". The other error i found was also in Kokoro route when she appears in her school uniform for the first time. Chika resonds with "What?" But she isn't saying that she's saying, "Wai-, there's someone here that's changed a lot!" I'll point out more translation errors when I find them.
They say that for legal reasons. We all know there's no way the characters can possibly be over 18 and still be in 2nd year high school, with some exceptions like Margit.
Actually some countries in Asia goes by a different calendar, so it's possible to be 18 while in your 2nd year of high school. However, if you were to move to the U.S or EU you'll be 15 years old. It's a bit complicated to explain.
Well also, correct me if I'm wrong, Hideo was 17 in the first Majikoi. He probably wouldn't be calling Monshiro his adorable little sister if she was a year older than him.
2nd year of high school in Japan is like your junior year in the US, since Japan only has three years of high school. (So to fill it out, the Japanese 1st year is like your sophmore, and the 3rd year is senior.) 18 and in your junior year is uncommon but not unheard of.
Just finished both routes and I can't tell which girl was cuter. I just love the attitude change once they fall for Yamato. Personally though, I liked Kokoro's route better. Margit's didn't have much of a story behind her's and 50% of her route was just very long H-scenes.

Ladies and gentlemen, remember that, when Majikoi A was officially released, there was a ??? slot in A-2 and A-5? Well, now we know one of those slots. As for today, A-5 will have:
Yoshitsune - Takae - MARGRIT
I'm really happy Margrit managed to get in Majikoi A. I wish they use this chance to extend her route a lot more. I was disappointed how the majority of her route was only H-scenes.
Now the remaining one is for A-2. Choose one of those options:
- Kokoro - Koyuki - Tatsuko
Pick one of those. I don't think we will have other candidates apart from those ones.
Margit after? Sounds interesting... Hope to see more femine Margit. Personally I hope that the remaining character is either Kokoro or Tatsuko... Tatsuko didn't even have proper route if I remember right.
I think this is something we all saw coming with her coming 3rd in the popularity poll. Although with how her route ended, I'm wondering how they would make a good afterstory without just adding more H-scenes on it. Hope they do a good job on it though.
I actually can't choose between Kokoro and Koyuki. Kokoro's route, like Margit's, didn't have much of a story and left you wanting more while Koyuki's taking place in an alternate universe didn't really feel right. I'd be fine with either of the two but I also wanted the possibility of a Nanjo route since I personally thought she was pretty cute as well.
I doubt Nanjo will appear. I mean, understanding wtf she's saying is already a huge challenge. Making a route with her talking like that all the time is a nightmare, honestly.
For example, I never knew she said "Kill them all" in Monshirou route. I tried hard, but it just was impossible to make sense of what she said. It was the worst possible kind of Engrish I could have heard/read. Congratulations for the translation team for understanding what she said.
If someone like Ootomo got a route then why can't she right? Well if not her then A cookie 3rd route would suffice although that would probably be real awkward.
They were totally aiming for an Ootomo's route. I mean, Yamato automatically triggers a flag with her, and that in the prologue. Ootomo makes way more sense than Nanjo, which hardly had interactions with Yamato except few times like in Mayucchi's route.
I'm quite surprised that Miyako never showed up not even once in either of the girls routes after the girls became a couple with Yamato. They probably got tired adding in Miyako's jealous girl antics with all the girls that Yamato hooks up with.

I think this is something we all saw coming with her coming 3rd in the popularity poll. Although with how her route ended, I'm wondering how they would make a good afterstory without just adding more H-scenes on it. Hope they do a good job on it though.
DeleteI actually can't choose between Kokoro and Koyuki. Kokoro's route, like Margit's, didn't have much of a story and left you wanting more while Koyuki's taking place in an alternate universe didn't really feel right. I'd be fine with either of the two but I also wanted the possibility of a Nanjo route since I personally thought she was pretty cute as well.
I doubt Nanjo will appear. I mean, understanding wtf she's saying is already a huge challenge. Making a route with her talking like that all the time is a nightmare, honestly.
DeleteFor example, I never knew she said "Kill them all" in Monshirou route. I tried hard, but it just was impossible to make sense of what she said. It was the worst possible kind of Engrish I could have heard/read. Congratulations for the translation team for understanding what she said.
If someone like Ootomo got a route then why can't she right?

I think Agave After, despite being Tatsuko's route, counts enough as it that it won't be her.

If I were to guess, I'd say Kokoro.
They were totally aiming for an Ootomo's route. I mean, Yamato automatically triggers a flag with her, and that in the prologue. Ootomo makes way more sense than Nanjo, which hardly had interactions with Yamato except few times like in Mayucchi's route.

DeleteI'm quite surprised that Miyako never showed up not even once in either of the girls routes after the girls became a couple with Yamato. They probably got tired adding in Miyako's jealous girl antics with all the girls that Yamato hooks up with.
